Green area at Pian Villy of Champoluc, Aosta Valley

Relax, pure air, sports and fun all in one place? In Pian Villy of course!

We are talking about a picnic green area with a grill, but also Paintball, Beach Soccer and Volleyball, Pump Track, bouncy castle and trampoline, animation, green bowling and the ecologically sustainable bar "Lo Sayoc".

The picnic area is located at the end of the village of Champoluc, in front of the parking place, and you will find a beautiful flat forest with tables and barbecue grill, public services and an expanse green lawn where you can spend a relaxing day overlooking Monte Rosa.
You can also walk around to discover the wooden sculptures made over the years by the Aosta Valley sculptors (visitvaldayas - Virtual Museum Pian Villy - Ayas - to find out the origin of all the statues).

Crossing the area you can reach the golf course and try the 9 holes Pitch & Putt or the new driving range.

In the vast area of Pian Villy you can also practice activities and sports for all age groups and during the middle summer months it takes place the “grandparent’s games", a cultural playful path of wooden handcrafted games of the popular tradition, a faithful reproduction of the games of our ancestors.

The Villy Bike Park offers a pump-track with bumps and parabolics in clay with ramps of varying difficulty for children up to 15 years. From this summer there will also be a mtb instructor on site for dedicated lessons and fantastic tours.

The Beach Volleyball & Soccer field is free to use and open to everyone.

It is possible to book Paintball with a minimum of 8 people (4 per team) including a marker with 140 shots, camouflage suit, gloves, face, body and neck protection.

The Sayoc Bar, with its eco-sustainable terrace, will be able to give you a moment of refreshment with sandwiches, salads, soft drinks and draft beer, a solarium area with deck chairs and entertainment for children.

Pian Villy can also be walked in winter thanks to a beautiful track beaten in the snow, illuminated in the evening!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel L'Aiglon. Firstly the staff were so pleasant and helpful. The room was fine, next time we'd opt for one with a balcony! Comfortable bed, great shower. Plenty of storage and hooks for all our ski gear! Breakfast was in a lovely sunny room and there was plenty of choice for all nationalities. It's a slow 10 minute walk to the gondola, we opted for storing our gear there, although you can use the hotel's. Wellness centre was a perfect end to the days skiing.Definitely recommend and we'll be back!

We received a really warm welcome on arrival and right throughout our stay. Breakfast was included in the price. Food was great - loads of variety and really healthy food to prepare us for the day ahead. Would love to return and stay here again in the future.

Good and friendly service. Good breakfast. Rooms are well kept and neatly cleaned daily. Overall, we find L’Aiglon great value for the reasonable rates.
