Marzia Mosca is a VdA Naturalistic Hiking Guide, a Yoga Teacher and a Nordic Walking Instructor in Aosta Valley, on Italian Alps.

EXCURSIONS
Walking through pine and larch woods, along grassy or snowy paths, under the sun or in the moonlight, there are many magical and secret places to discover in nature; Marzia will accompany you to learn about the culture and traditions of our Valley, to see the traces of animals in the snow with snowshoes, to study the history enriched by the legends of our Valley, without forgetting the food and wine!
Excursions to lakes, refuges and farmhouses, night snowshoeing with dinner in the hut, walking and shuttle tours between the ancient villages of Ayas with mulled wine at sunset on Monte Rosa ...
And there are several itineraries proposed, suitable for everyone, even beginners !

TREKKING YOGA
"To improve the technique and quality of walking (even on the snow), feel better and have more fun!"
This is the motto of Marzia who, even as a Yoga Teacher, knows how to reconcile these beneficial disciplines in the open air! With the inclusion of Yoga practices in Walking (which she briefly defined as "Trekking Yoga"), Marzia aims to make the walk in the mountains more harmonious, complete and healthy, and also less tiring, in order to be able to get in tune more easily with the great and unsurpassable Nature, "teacher and gym" in all seasons.

NORDIC WALKING
For many years Marzia has been offering and teaching this very healthy activity in a wonderful setting… that of Monte Rosa!
Have you already tried the Nordic Walking (with sticks) on our dirt paths? Definitely a very healthy and engaging experience, with the teaching of a technique suitable for everyone and in any season, which helps to use approximately 90% of the muscles of the body correctly and harmoniously, improving posture, resistance and respiratory capacity.

CLOTHING
Layered for hiking, gore-tex windbreaker, hiking shoes, hat, gloves, cream and sunglasses, backpack, water bottle or thermos.

All was really good

Stayed in Hotel L'Aiglon for 3 nights earlier this week. Great place to stay. Rooms were really comfortable and plenty of space and really clean. We received a really warm welcome on arrival and right throughout our stay. Breakfast was included in the price. Food was great - loads of variety and really healthy food to prepare us for the day ahead. Would love to return and stay here again in the future.

Spotlessly clean, very comfy, lovely views, great breakfast and next to the ski lift for Antagnod mini ski area so quiet on the slopes perfect. We will return again and again. Good and friendly service. Good breakfast. Rooms are well kept and neatly cleaned daily. Overall, we find L’Aiglon great value for the reasonable rates.
