Built by grandfather Battista in the 1950s, the Vacation Home was renovated in 2005 to welcome you, your family and your friends.
Located in Brusson, in the heart of Val d’Ayas, it is an ideal starting point for spending great days on the Monterosa Ski slopes and enjoying lots of summer excursions.

The house was built entirely of stone by grandfather Battista on his return from France after a period of work spent abroad with his family, renovated in 2005 to become a vacation home and later enlarged and made modern and functional.
All the apartments are comfortable and designed for your mountain vacation; available for weekly or seasonal rentals.

The Valley Vacanze apartments are all new and can accommodate from 2 to 6 people.
Depending on the size, they have one or two bedrooms.
Each apartment has a 4-burner cooker with dishwasher, traditional oven, refrigerator with freezer, pots and pans, dishes, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, TV, telephone, independent heating with telephone programming, balcony with table and chairs.
Each unit is also equipped with blankets, pillows, bedspreads and free Wi-Fi connection.
What’s more, you can take advantage of the following shared services: laundry room with iron and coin-operated washing machine, storage room for skis, bikes and strollers, fenced garden with barbecue, playground with swing and walker, garage and parking lot.

Our two-room apartments can accommodate up to 4 people. They have a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen and a sofa with two single beds (one to be pulled out).
The kitchen is equipped with 4-burner cooker, dishwasher, traditional oven, refrigerator with freezer, pots, plates and dishes.
The apartment also has TV, telephone, hairdryer, blankets, pillows and bedspreads, independent heating with telephone programming, Wi-Fi connection.
In the summer you can also enjoy the balcony with its table, chairs and deckchair.
Apartment no. 2 on the ground floor has direct access to the garden.

You can also take advantage of the two small balconies facing outside.
The apartment also has shower, hairdryer, digital TV, telephone, independent heating with telephone programming, blankets, pillows and bedspreads.

Useful Info
- The apartment is available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure. You are kindly requested to leave it tidy and to put the garbage in the appropriate municipal bins.
- Weekly rates include electricity and gas costs, the use of the laundry room and common areas.
- Rates do not include linen. The surcharge for bed and bath linen is € 20.00 per person per change. Please request it before arrival.
- Rates do not include the municipal tourist tax of € 1.00 per person per day. Children under 13 are exempted.
- If you are going to stay for more than 30 nights, electricity and gas costs will not be included in the accommodation rates but will be counted and charged according to consumption. Each apartment has its own independent meter.
- The payment of the stay is to be made upon handover of the keys.
- Since we are not permanently at the Vacation Home, you are kindly requested to contact us when you get to the Verrès motorway exit to agree on the handover of the key or to call, even on the previous day, in case of late arrival.

Where can we do shopping?
In the town there are 2 grocery stores, a convenience store, a Carrefour Express store and a butcher’s shop. Upon arrival we will gladly give you valuable advice on where to shop, buy bread, croissants and fresh milk!
At the tourist office you can request a map of the town with details of restaurants and bars, places of interest, sports and leisure activities.

What are the check-in hours?
The apartment is available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure. Since we are not permanently at the Vacation Home, you are kindly requested to contact us when you get to the Verrès motorway exit to agree on the handover of the key or to call, even on the previous day, in case of late arrival.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Yes, pets are welcome at Valley Vacanze, in all rooms, but always controlled and guided by their owner.
Is there a parking lot?
Yes, we have a parking space for each accommodation unit: you can leave your car indoors in the garage or in the two outdoor spaces. If you travel with an additional car you will have to leave it at the public parking at the top of the hill.
What activities can be done?
Lots of excursions can be done on foot, by mountain bike or with snowshoes departing from Brusson.
The area of the 7 lakes from Estoul to the pastures of Palasinaz and the Arp Refuge, and on the opposite side, from wonderful Col de Joux to Testa Comagna or along the tunnels of Ru Courtod towards Barmasc and Antagnod, is spectacular.
A guided tour of the gold mines of Chamousira, available on reservation, is also highly recommended.

How far is the accommodation facility from the skiing areas?
The Estoul-Palasinaz ski slopes are 6 km far from us (during Christmas holidays there is a shuttle bus service, otherwise it takes just 10 minutes by car). Children’s needs are widely satisfied thanks to the snow park and lots of dedicated skiing courses.
Another alternative to spend wonderful days on skis is to reach Champoluc, which is 10 km from Brusson. You can take the regular coach that goes up from Verrès to the Crest-Champoluc cable car. The stop is in the town and the service is always active. Otherwise, you can drive there in just 15 minutes.
The small sunny skiing district of Antagnod is known to be suitable for children. Its slopes are easy and offer all the services you may need: instructors, skiing school, ticket office and rental service await you fifteen km from here.

Yes, definitely. Cross-country ski trails are in Vollon. You find a rental service and a ticket office at the Foyer du Fond, just 1 km from Valley Vacanze.
